Gender Equality Plan

BPRC is taking part in Horizon Europe, the European Union’s research and innovation programme. Participants in this program need to commit to gender equality in research and innovation. From 2022, organisations must have a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) in order to qualify for a grant.

Our plan demonstrates in what way BPRC has a gender imbalance between men and women. Beyond that, BPRC subscribes to a broader definition of diversity. As far as BPRC is concerned, diversity covers all differences between employees.

A Gender Equality Plan must meet four requirements according to the EU’s research and innovation program. The BPRC plan meets all four.
